Does karaoke have to take over the event?
No. It can be one defined segment, a late-night feature, a rehearsal-dinner activity, or something guests can move in and out of naturally. We work with your planner to ensure it’s just right for your event!
Can you work with our planner and venue?
Yes. We coordinate access, setup, timing, sound needs and transitions, and tailor the entertainment to your schedule, music tastes and priorities.
What kinds of special weekends do you work with?
Bachelor and bachelorette weekends, reunions, milestone birthdays and anniversaries, destination gatherings, group cruises and other multi-part celebrations can all be a good fit.
Are you insured, and can you add the venue to your insurance?
Absolutely, we are fully insured and regularly extend that coverage via a COI as required by the venue. All at no additional charge!
How do you handle guests who are reluctant to participate?
We use groups, familiar songs and supportive hosting to give hesitant guests easy ways into the fun without putting anyone on the spot.
Can you combine Karaoke + DJ and dancing?
Yes. We can move between hosted karaoke and DJ music around dinner, dancing and other scheduled moments, with the flow tailored to the event.
What do you need from us?
Primarily access to the venue, a suitable setup area and any venue rules or timeline details. We bring and operate the core sound, microphones, displays and lighting.

Can you work in a small space?
Usually. Our wireless approach lets us tailor the footprint to the room without long cable runs through the party.
What if the event is unconventional?
Ask. We’re discreet, nonjudgmental and comfortable adapting to private, alternative or after-dark environments while respecting consent, boundaries and the host’s rules.
Can we combine several experiences?
Absolutely. Ultimate, Glow, Silent, Rockstar, themes, enhanced lighting and Karaoke + DJ can be combined when the room and event flow support it.
Can guests request songs?
Yes. Requests are part of the fun, and our hosts manage them along with the singer rotation and the overall flow of the room.
Can you work outdoors?
Yes where practical. We’ll plan around power, weather protection, access and the production level appropriate for the location.

Can it fit around dinner, awards or presentations?
Yes. Karaoke and music can be the main entertainment or a social segment positioned around meals, speeches, awards and structured program elements.
Can you provide Karaoke + DJ?
Yes. We can schedule DJ music around karaoke, dinner, presentations or dancing, and tailor the timing, style and energy to your needs and preferences.
Can this work as team-building without feeling forced?
Yes. Participation stays optional. Group songs, shared music and supportive hosting give people ways to join at their own comfort level without turning the event into an exercise or workshop.
What does the planner have to manage?
Very little. We bring and operate the core sound, microphones, displays, lighting and karaoke system, then handle setup, hosting and teardown.
Can you coordinate with our venue or in-house AV team?
Yes. Tell us what the venue already provides and any technical or access requirements, and we’ll plan our production so the systems work together cleanly.

What about a larger group, ballroom or convention space?
We scale the setup to the room and guest count, including displays, sound and production needs. For especially large or complex spaces, we plan those details with you in advance.

Can public events have themes?
Definitely. Themes, contests, Glow/UV, special music direction and other production ideas can help a public night feel like an event rather than simply another karaoke date.
What does the venue need to provide?
That depends on the location. We can bring a full system or plan around useful venue equipment; access, power, weather protection and house rules are worked out in advance.
Are you licensed?
Yes, we have a full professional license from the leading karaoke music provider to perform in public.
